Values for the apartment association
- Billing can be handled by either the apartment association or Alexela.
- The charging tariff for a private charger in the apartment association is based on the price agreed with the association, and a service fee is applied per charging session.
- Management, charger software updates, billing, customer service, initiation of charging sessions via mobile app or charging card, as well as debt management for potential defaulters, are all ensured.
- Alexela compensates the apartment association for the electricity consumed by the charger.
